Welcome to V1 Competitions.

By participating in our competitions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. The Promoter

V1 Competitions Ltd (‘Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) operates competitions resulting in the allocation of prizes (‘Prize’ or ‘Prizes’) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions on the website V1Competitions.com (‘Website’). Each competition is referred to herein as a ‘Competition’.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the Competition.

2.2 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and claim any Prize. Proof of eligibility may be requested. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry if it suspects fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Competition.

3. Competition Entry

3.1 Competitions can be entered via the Website. Each Competition will specify availability, pricing (if applicable), and maximum entries per Entrant.

3.2 Free entry route: All Competitions include a free entry method via post. See Section 7 for details.

3.3 Online entries require creating a Website account with a valid email address. Only entries confirmed by the Promoter will be deemed valid.

3.4 Entrants must follow on-screen or postal instructions carefully. Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect entries may be disqualified.

3.5 Entries submitted after the Competition closes, or exceeding the maximum per Entrant, will not be accepted.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 Each Competition runs for the period specified on the Website (‘Promotion Period’).

4.2 The Promoter may extend, shorten, or close a Competition early at its discretion. If closed early, winners will be selected from all valid entries received by the closure date.

4.3 The Competition will end early when all tickets are sold before the Promotion Period has ended.

5. Determining Winners

5.1 Winners (‘Winner(s)’) will be selected using a random, independent, and auditable draw.

5.2 Winners will be contacted via the email or phone provided during entry. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

5.3 If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the Prize within 14 working days (or as otherwise specified), the Prize may be forfeited or awarded to an alternate eligible Entrant.

5.4 All Winners may be asked for consent to feature their name, photo, or social media in marketing or publicity.

6. Competition Prizes

6.1 Prizes are as described on the Website and are subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.2 Delivery of Prizes within the UK is free; delivery outside the UK may incur charges to be paid by the Winner.

6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for insuring or maintaining the Prize once it has been delivered.

6.4 Winners must provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving a Prize. Failure may result in disqualification.

6.5 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the Competition specifies a cash alternative. Winners may gift Prizes to others with prior notification to the Promoter.

6.6 The Promoter may store the Prize for up to 30 days at no cost; storage beyond 30 days is at the Winner’s expense.
